Cancellations and Rescheduling Period

The Services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Client may cancel any session that forms part of the Services by providing notice at least 24 hours in advance of such session.

​

The Client may reschedule any cancelled session within a period of two weeks (the "Rescheduling Period"), after which any remaining sessions part of the Services will expire.

Upon providing Sanat Venus with written notice (including by email), unused sessions can be transferred by the client to third parties but must be transferred to, and used by, such third party during the Rescheduling Period.
