Cancellations and Rescheduling Period

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled.

For any properly cancelled individual session, the Client may reschedule within two weeks from the cancellation date. Any sessions not rescheduled within this period will expire.

The Services are non-refundable. The Services are non-transferable, except that the Client may transfer unused sessions to a third party by providing Sanat Venus with written notice (including by email). These transferred sessions remain subject to the original scheduling timeframes.

For multi-session packages:

Crystal Alchemy (5 Sessions): All sessions must be completed within two months from the first session date.

​

Ensofic Reiki (3 Sessions): All sessions must be completed within six weeks from the first session date. 

​

Each rescheduled session within a package must still comply with these overall program timeframes.
