• tell you about products or services that may be of interest to you, to the extent you have consented to receiving marketing communications from us (where required by applicable law) or otherwise because it is in our legitimate interest to communicate with you in order to run a successful business and maintain our relationship with you.

Personal wellness details, such as information about your medical and treatment preferences and history, medications and allergies, as applicable, to tailor our courses and sessions to your individual needs and ensure they are safe and suitable for you. This information is collected based on your consent (where required by applicable law).

Account information, such as username and password. We use this information to create and maintain your account and provide the Services, as required to perform our contract with you. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide you with the Services which require you to have an account with us. If you choose to register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We recommend you do not share your access details with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Payment and transaction information, such as credit or debit card information, and billing address, which we collect using a third party payment processor. We use this information to process your payment when you purchase products or services, such as a monthly membership, as required to perform our contract with you. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide you with any paid Services.

User-content / testimonials, such as feedback, questions, or information about your experience with our courses and sessions as well as associated data submitted with such content such as name, email, and, if you choose, images, or video/audio testimonials, submitted by you through comments sections on certain web pages of our Site, to gather feedback to improve performance because it is in our legitimate interest to provide effective services to you and to run a successful business. Where required by law, we will obtain your permission/consent before publishing testimonials or using your content for promotional purposes (including on our Site or our social media pages). These web pages are only accessible through direct links. We or others may store, display, reproduce, publish, or otherwise use such content on these web pages, and may or may not attribute it to you. Others who have the direct links to these web pages may also have access to such content and may have the ability to share it with third parties.

• Google Analytics (_ga): Held for 1 year 1 month. Purpose: To uniquely identify visitors and track their activity across website sessions (Performance).

• Wix (Essential Elements): Includes bSession (30 minutes) for system effectiveness and measurement; Server-session-bind (Session duration) which links the browser to a specific server-side session for continuity; svSession (1 year 1 month) for security, stability, and core site function; and XSRF-TOKEN (Session duration) which provides protection from cross-site request forgery.
