This Medical Disclaimer applies to you (the “Client”) and Sanat Venus (“we” or “us”). Together with our Services Agreement, it applies to our online and in-person sessions, series, programs and workshops, including any add-on sessions, and to our pre-recorded and self-guided sessions, whether granted complimentarily or purchased (the “Services”). It also applies to your access and use of our website at https://www.sanatvenus.com, our free resources, and our branded pages on social media services (collectively, the “Site”).

Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Sanat Venus is not, nor does it hold itself out to be, a doctor, physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, advanced practice nurse, or any other medical professional (“Medical Provider”), psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or social worker (“Mental Health Provider”), or member of the clergy. When providing the Services, Sanat Venus is not providing health care, medical or mental health therapy services, or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issue, disease or condition. Our practices are complementary energetic and spiritual practices. Information shared during the Services, on the Site or in our free resources is not intended to be a substitute for the professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by the Client’s own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider.

The Client agrees and acknowledges that Sanat Venus is not providing medical advice, mental health advice, or religious advice in any way. The Client should seek the advice of their own Medical Provider and/or Mental Health Provider regarding any questions about specific health concerns, or any medications, herbs or supplements the Client is currently taking, and before implementing any recommendations or suggestions from the Services. The Client should not disregard medical advice or delay seeking it because of information received as part of the Services. The Client should not start or stop taking any medication without speaking to their own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider. If the Client suspects they have a medical or mental health problem, they should contact their own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider.

Pre-Recorded and Self-Guided Sessions

Receive pre-recorded and self-guided sessions in a quiet, safe place, seated or lying down. Never receive them while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.

Testimonials and Client Stories

Testimonials and client stories on the Site describe individual experiences. They are not typical results, and results vary. They are not medical care, and no particular result is promised.

No Guarantee of a Particular Result; Release

(a) The Client, on their own behalf and on behalf of their legal representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, and executors, acknowledges and understands that holistic healing is complicated, unpredictable, subjective, and multifaceted, and is subject to unpredictable outcomes and results. As a result, Sanat Venus cannot guarantee a particular result for any Client or individual.

(b) Sanat Venus will have no liability with respect to the outcome of the holistic healing for the Client or any individual, and the Client, on behalf of themself and on behalf of their legal representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, and executors, hereby expressly releases Sanat Venus from any liability with respect to any such outcome. The Client, on behalf of themself and on behalf of their legal representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, and executors, further agrees and covenants that they will not file, charge, claim, sue, or cause or permit to be filed, charged, claimed, or sued, any action for damages or other relief (including injunctive, declaratory, monetary, or other relief) against Sanat Venus, involving the outcome of any of the Services rendered for the Client or any individual.
