We meditate every day. We journal our dreams before our feet hit the floor. We track our hydration with clinical precision. We attend the sound baths, we curate our nutrition, and we carve out time for the yoga class that promises to return us to center.
We treat our energy like a battery capacity problem—assuming that if we just plug in for 20 minutes, the grid will hold.

When the Daily Protocol Fails to Hold the Voltage
