Cancellation Policy

Our work together is a sacred and energetic commitment. When you book a session, a powerful container is opened and held specifically for your transformation. To honor the integrity of this container and our mutual time, we adhere to the following policy. If You Need to Reschedule a Session: With at least 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule your session using the link in your confirmation or reminder email. Single sessions must be rescheduled to a date within two weeks of the original appointment. Sessions that are part of a package must be rescheduled in compliance with the original package timeframes listed below. With less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, for any reason, will result in the session being forfeited. This policy honors the energetic space that is held and prepared for you in advance of our time together. If Sanat Venus Needs to Reschedule a Session: In the rare event that I must reschedule a session, I will provide you with as much notice as possible. We will work together in good faith to find a new convinient time for your session, typically within a two-week period. Package Completion Timelines All session within a multi-session package must be completed within their designated timeframe to ensure the momentum of your transformation. Crystal Alchemy (Five Sessions): All sessions must be completed within two months of the first session date. Ensofic Reiki (Three Sessions): All sessions must be completed within six weeks from the first session date. Cosmic Crystalline (Five Sessions): All sessions must be completed within two months of the first session date. Cosmic Crystalline (Eleven Sessions): All sessions must be completed within four months from the first session date. Refund Policy All purchases for sessions, packages, and memberships are final and non-refundable. When you commit to this work, you are declaring to the universe that you are ready for a profound shift. Our no-refund policy honors the depth of this commitment and the sacred container we hold for your journey.
